Our philosophy is simple, to care for patients in the same way we would want ourselves or our own families to receive care. This is a small practice, not a large impersonal clinic. One of the best parts of the work we do is the long-term relationships that are created. We believe your health care is a partnership. Both we and the patient have a responsibility in maintaining the quality of the healthcare. We do our best to accommodate the needs of our patients and our referring physicians, while at the same taking care of the needs of our own families as well.
Joseph V. Surdacki, M.D.
Dr. Surdacki was born and raised in New Jersey, and moved to Texas to attend TCU in Ft. Worth where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Chemistry. He received his MD from The University of Texas Medical School at Houston where he remained after graduation to complete both his residency and fellowship. He is board-certified in Pulmonary Disease. Dr. Surdacki is also a seminary graduate and holds a Master’s degree in theology from Perkins School of Theology at SMU. Dr. Surdacki is happily married to his college sweetheart, Mindy, and they have two grown sons, Andrew and Philip. In his spare time, Dr. Surdacki likes to travel, backpack, frustrate himself with home repair projects, and ride his motorcycle. He is a follower of Jesus Christ.
Lezlie M. Miller, PA-C
Lezlie is a native Texan who was born and raised in the Dallas area. Her education includes both a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Hendrix College as well as an additional Bachelor’s of Science from UT Southwestern Medical Center where she completed her Physician Assistant education and training. Prior to joining Pulmonary Associates of North Dallas she worked for many years at Family Medicine Associates of Texas as well as with Dallas Nephrology Associates. Lezlie is a member the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Texas Academy of Physician Assistants and the American College of Chest Physicians. Lezlie is a wife and mother of two children. In her free time Lezlie enjoys reading and playing tennis as well as being an active member of Christ United Medhodist Church.
